The heart of the property revolves around the resort style Clubhouse which features several beautiful floors each with its own unique set of amenities. It is here where most of the community activities take place.
Clubhouse First Floor:
The first floor features beautiful granite counters, exquisite stone work, and a large fireplace. There is an abundance of comfortable sitting areas where one might enjoy the sounds of the grand piano, the 50" Plasma TV, the roaring fire, or any other social activities and events that may be going on any given day.
A full sized kitchen and two dining areas are available for social gatherings.
The first floor also features an exercise / workout room complete with traditional fitness equipment such as treadmills, and stationary bicycles. To break up the routine, there are also alternative items such as a trampoline and punching bag. Of course the fitness room also comes with several televisions.
Clubhouse Second Floor:
The second floor of the Clubhouse offers a cocktail room complete with a bar set up, cozy seating and a beautiful view.
A Poker Room is furnished with three tables for maximum play and a bridge/ card room with seating for up to twenty players.
A game room is provided featuring two billiards tables, electronic soft-tip dart board and a television. The room has comfortable seating for players and spectators alike!
A Board Room complete with conference table and chairs is availalble which is ideal for hosting private meetings.
For those looking for a quiet reading area; a library is available, complete with a puzzle table for two, and spacious views.
Clubhouse Third Floor:
When friends and family come together, make use of the spacious Woodland Village lounge.
At the heart of the third floor is a high-tech movie theater with an 8' x 8' projection screen and seating for you and all of your friends.
A spacious crafts room is available and classes take place with projects ranging from basic painting and drawing to a variety of other creative activities.
Residents can take advantage of the Woodland Village Beauty Salon and Manicure Room for hair, nails, and pedicures, as well as a monthly visit from a Podiatrist.
Resort Style Pool and Spa Area:
Last but not least, what better way to spend a sunny California day than by relaxing near a resort style swimming pool and spa.
The Woodland Village pool area is open year round and comes complete with a large heated pool, whirlpool, two BBQ areas featuring top of the line stainless steel grills, sinks & ice makers. Luxuriate in comfortable seating areas shaded with our signature wine colored Santa Barbara style umbrellas.
